SOUTH PASADENA—The fashion designer Richard Tyler, who designed outfits for Hollywood celebrities and who in 2005 designed uniforms for Delta Air Lines, lives in New York City and Los Angeles with his wife Lisa Trafficanti. Now they are selling their house in South Pasadena which they bought in 1998.
The name of the house is Villa Arno. It was designed in 1916 in an Italian renaissance style by the architect Reginald Johnson. As such this house contains Italian tiles, arches and high ceilings. The house is 6,512 square feet. It contains five rooms and five bathrooms, as well as a guest house and a pool. Among the amenities this house comes with are a grill and a fireplace. The cost to buy Villa Arno is 12 million in U.S. Dollars or 18 million in Australian dollars.
