HOLLYWOOD HILLS—On January 2, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) responded to a call of a drive-by shooting near the Mount Sinai cemetery located at 5950 Forest Lawn Drive.
According to reports, the suspect shot a gun at the window(s) of a dark-colored SUV with a single male occupant inside the vehicle. The shooter fled the scene of the crime. No physical injuries were reported in the incident.
The suspect was reportedly driving a black Nissan sedan that was described as a male, in his mid-30s with a beard, who may be of Hispanic or possibly Armenian descent.
This case is still under investigation. The suspect is at large. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call the LAPD, Hollywood Station at (213)972-2971.
