TMZ reported that Kathy’s husband, Rick Hilton was inside their home at the time of the break-in and was not harmed. Authorities received a call at Stracke’s home on Saturday, November 15 after her dog walker noticed a broken kitchen window. No details on if any items were stolen have been reported.

It was reported that Kathy’s husband contacted 911 after realizing three burglars were inside the home. By the time cops arrived on the scene, the burglars were gone. Sutton Stracke has been a cast member on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” since season 10.

Kathy Hilton has appeared as a friend on the series, as well as made countless appearances with her sisters Kim Richards and Kyle Richards on the show. Kathy’s daughters are Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton.

Kim was a series regular from season one through season five and has made appearances since leaving as a full-time housewife. Kyle Richards has been a series regular on the series since it debuted in 2010.

Sherman Oaks and Sherman Way were named after General Moses Hazeltine Sherman (1853-1932). He was a land developer and entrepreneur from Vermont who came to California in the late 1800s and founded Sherman Oaks development. If Brad Sherman will lie about a town being named after him and his family, what else will he lie about?

The incident was reported at 5:04 p.m. at 15500 N Stephen S Wise Drive. The collision involved one automobile into a short wall (not a building) on school property.

No patients were trapped; but crews with the LAFD remained on scene for an extended period of time to extract the automobile.

A total of six patients were identified — four, a 30-year-old female, a 17-year-old male, a 14-year-old female and 11-year-old male: all in fair condition.

They refused transport, and two others, a 90-year-old male in serious condition, and an 80-year-old female in fair condition were transported to a local hospital. There are no additional details on the cause of the crash that have been disclosed to the public.

At 4:24 p.m. officials received the call of someone falling more than 100 feed on 14200 W. Mulholland Drive in Beverly Crest at the Stone Canyon Overlook.

LAFD Urban Search and Rescue team is setting up a rope system to lower paramedics to the patient for evaluation. LAFD Air Operations is enroute to assist as necessary.

Thanks to the efforts of 45 firefighters, one adult female was safely rescued from a perilous position on a hillside. The patient reportedly fell down the side of the hill after losing balance while peering over the edge of the hillside.

The LAFD Urban Search and Rescue crews set up a low angle rope system to safely move the patient up to street level. The patient was transported to a local area hospital for further evaluation.

In a separate plea agreement, Rodriguez admitted that in July 2022, he used his powers as an LASD deputy to “improperly obtain a court-authorized search warrant, lying to a judge relating to an alleged robbery investigation.”

This was done for Rodriguez to obtain a GPS location/information associated with a separate victim’s cell phone on behalf of an additional client who had also hired Rodriguez as a security guard.

Rodriguez obtained and shared the location coordinates with other co-conspirators of the victim including LASD Deputy, and former Federal Task Force Officer, Eric Chase Saavedra, 42, of Chino. Saavedra also ran a private security company.

According to the DOJ, LASD deputies and other co-conspirators would use information obtained from the court-authorized search warrant to harass, threaten, and intimidate the victim.

On February 6, Saavedra pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy against rights, and one count of filing a false tax return.

Rodriguez faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison. U.S. District Judge Percy Anderson scheduled a sentencing hearing for Rodriguez on November 10.

The FBI and the IRS are jointly investigating this matter with assistance of LASD. The Assistant U.S. Attorney Maxwell K. Coll of the Cyber Intellectual Property Crimes Section is the prosecutor in these cases.

The fire was reported at 1600 N. San Ysidro Dr. LAFD ground and air response with automatic aid from the neighboring Beverly Hills Fire Department to a slow moving one-quarter (0.25) acre wildfire involving light grass in steep terrain in a hillside residential neighborhood. There was no imminent threat to homes in the area and no evacuation. This incident is known as the “Spur Fire”

Officials worked stopping forward progress of the fire via a well-coordinated direct attack on flames that consumed less than one (1) acre of light-to-medium grass and brush in steep terrain between homes on San Ysidro Drive and Ferrari Drive. No structure damage was reported.

By 3 p.m. the brush fire was reported contained by the LAFD. An LAFD UAS (drone) unit will provide aerial reconnaissance and command support with thermal imagery, as ground crews continue to mop up hot spots this afternoon.

San Ysidro Road will remain closed to through traffic in both directions between Summitridge Drive and Tower Road until LAFD operations are complete.

Though landscapers were reportedly working in the neighborhood when the fire erupted, the fire’s cause remains categorized as “under investigation,” with the specific cause and origin of the fire yet to be determined.

The outlet reported the actress was home when Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, from New Albany, Mississippi gained access onto the property. Her private security detained him, until authorities arrived on the scene.

According to reports, the suspect was booked for felony vandalism for damage done to the property. No additional details about the incident have been disclosed to the public.

Between March 1, 2023, and May 5, 2025, Carwyle is accused of repeatedly harassing the victim, Jennifer A., sending her unwanted social media, voicemail, and email messages.

If convicted as charged, Carwyle faces three years in state prison.

Jones worked in the music industry for more than 7 decades and earned a total of 28 Grammy Awards during his career. He is known for his impact on the genre of jazz in the music industry. He is responsible for the score for the TV series “Roots” and the critically acclaimed 1985 film “The Color Purple” directed by Steven Spielberg. In 1968 he was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song for “The Eyes of Love” from the movie “Banning.” He was also nominated for Best Original Score for “In Cold Blood.”

Jones was a frequent collaborator with musician Michael Jackson with the albums, “Off the Wall,” “Thriller” and “Bad.” He also produced and conducted the 1985 song, “We Are the World” which won the Grammy Award for Record and Song of the Year and consisted of a slew of musician including Jackson, Dionne Warwick, Diana Ross, Cyndi Lauper, Lionel Richie, Ray Charles, Tina Turner, Paul Simon, Billy Joel, James Ingram, Stevie Wonder, Willie Nelson, Al Jarreau, Bruce Springsteen, Kenny Loggins, Steve Perry, Daryl Hall, Huey Lewis, Kim Carnes and Bob Dylan to name a few.

The musician was married 3 times during his career and has seven children, Kenya, Rashida, Kidada, Martina, Quincy, Jolie and Rachel. Jones released a total of 16 studio albums during his career, not including his work on 24 soundtrack albums including “The Wiz” and “The Color Purple.” He won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year for “Back on the Block” at the 1991 Grammy Awards. The incident transpired at a hillside residential construction site. The LAFD reported at 09:30 p.m. on the Southbound 405 freeway. There was a four-vehicle collision with a total of four patients. Adult female and adult male were transported by a paramedic ambulance and one adult female transported with non-life-threatening injuries.

A male child is being signed out on scene and will not be transported for additional treatment. No further details about the incident have been disclosed to the public, like a cause of the crash.

The initial report of approximately 1/8 acre burning on the west side of the freeway at a moderate rate of speed under light wind conditions. There were no structures threatened during the incident. The LAFD reported at 2:37 p.m. over 60 firefighters conducted a coordinated ground and aerial attack and extinguished the fire in 42 minutes with no injuries reported.

In 2011, a trust benefiting Khachatryan’s sons purchased the property with funds provided by an Armenian businessman for $14 million. During that time, Khachatryan was the most senior official in charge of taxes and customs in the Republic of Armenia. His sons claimed that the funds were provided as loans by the businessman, while the United States alleged the loans, which were repeatedly extended without repayment, were covers for bribe payments. The payments are the subject of pending criminal prosecutions in the Republic of Armenia.

Terms of the settlement indicate the mansion will be forfeited to the United States. The United States will sell the property at the highest obtainable market price and retain 85 percent of the net proceeds of the sale. The remaining net proceeds of the sale will be delivered to the Khachatryan’s sons and a corporation they own. The U.S. Attorney General has the discretionary authority to transfer forfeited property to any foreign country that participated directly or indirectly in the seizure or forfeiture of the property. The offices that brought the case intend to recommend transfer of some or all of the forfeited proceeds to the Republic of Armenia.

The FBI’s Eurasian Organized Crime Task Force (EOCTF) and U.S. Marshals Service investigated the case. The EOCTF consists of multiple law enforcement agencies including the FBI, IRS Criminal Investigation, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Glendale Police Department, Los Angeles Police Department, and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The Justice Department’s Official of International Affairs, the Republic of Armenia’s Prosecutor General’s Office, and Armenian investigative authorities also provided critical assistance.

The Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative is led by a team of dedicated prosecutors in MLARS, in partnership with federal law enforcement agencies and often with U.S. Attorneys’ Offices, to forfeit the proceeds of foreign official corruption.
